As The Peers Project evolved from a flagship podcast into a full-scale podcast production agency, Studio Chen Chen was brought on to reimagine the brand for its next chapter. Known for insightful interviews with millennial entrepreneurs, the brand needed to retain the credibility and energy of its roots while expanding into a service-driven business model.

Our task was to reposition The Peers Project not just as a podcast, but as a creative authority in the audio storytelling space. We developed a bold new visual identity, refined their tone of voice, and crafted a campaign that celebrated both the agency’s peer-driven ethos and its professional evolution. The result is a brand that speaks to founders, thought leaders, and creatives looking to amplify their voices—with The Peers Project as their trusted production partner.

Studio Chen Chen directed digital artwork and sound design to demonstrate the new identity. The artwork shows how a good podcast affects us: intangible sounds forming abstract, tangible bodies; vibrant textures reflecting music, sounds and voices; and attention to the livery in our mouths and ears. A designed set of sound files lets the client integrate the brand into its products.

The new branding package gave The Peers Project a distinct and elevated presence in the podcasting industry. The rebrand tripled their social media following and positioned the production house to confidently pitch to multinational brands and a prestigious global university.

Within the first eight months, the rebrand led to a wave of new business—securing clients across Australia’s retail and e-commerce sectors, including Forever New, Modibodi, and Adorn Cosmetics. The client roster quickly expanded internationally, with The Peers Project producing work for Alibaba Australia & New Zealand and Shopify.

Following this success, the company launched in the U.S. market with the same brand identity. Now headquartered in New York City, The Peers Project has solidified its place as a leading podcast production company in NYC by 2025.
