LOVE – IN ALL ITS FORMS.

Studio Chenchen worked closely with Chattii’s founders to take their idea from concept through to product. We developed a comprehensive brand solution involving illustrations, animations, video, copywriting and more.
Character illustrations helped us establish a fun and inviting tone, doing away with stigmas about people living with disabilities. They also extend the brand assets into iconography and archetypes for future use in marketing and campaign content.
We helped to ensure the app embedded the brand’s identity and tone of voice into the full user experience. This is a dating app that brings out the best in us - it’s fresh, bold, fun and avoids tropes of ableism and the stigma of disability.

Supporting the app’s launch and marketing, Studio Chenchen developed web content from user interviews, a social media strategy, and a launch campaign.
Chattii is our client’s first app and we were thrilled to go with them on this journey. Outcomes we helped enable include the app’s unique approach to safety, which faces into the dark side of too many online dating apps, and instead lets users have the option of nominating a Trusted Friend to give an extra layer of online safety to those who need or want it.
